Permission to Copy
All books published by Clearheart Communications, LLC, are fully covered and protected by copyright laws. We maintain a rather generous policy concerning the use or re-use of our copyrighted material. However, permission must be obtained according to the guidelines below:
Cover Image and Description for Review and/or Cataloguing:
There is no charge, and permission does not need to be requested, for images of the book cover (front and/or back) and a brief description of the work for use by retailers, wholesalers, libraries, and educational organizations for the purposes of review, promotion, and/or cataloguing.
Passages for Review:
Brief passages may be quoted for review. A copy of the review, including the reviewer's name, contact information, and the name of the publication in which the review appears, should be sent to ClearheartComm@gamil.com. Subject line should be: Copy of Review
For any other use, please contact Clearheart Communications, LLC, at ClearheartComm@gmail.com.
General Use:
A single passage of up to 25-30 words may be quoted, free of charge and without requesting permission, for any reasonable and ethical purpose, on the condition that the author's full name (as it appears in the work) and the full title of the work are given.
For multiple passages, and/or for quotations of more than 25-30 words, please contact Clearheart Communications, LLC, at ClearheartComm@gmail.com. Subject line should be: Permission
In your email, clearly state the following:
1. Your name and the name of the organization, if writing on its behalf.
2. Your occupation and/or position with the organization you represent.
3. The name of the author and title of the work from which you wish to copy.
4. The exact passages you wish to copy and the page(s) and/or chapters in which the passages appear.
5. The purpose for making the request.
Your request will be reviewed and you will receive notification regarding our decision. NOTE: Merely making the request does not constitute permission. Permission will be granted or denied via return email. Permission in reply to a specific request does not constitute permission to use any material beyond the specific request. If you wish to use additional material, a new request must be made.
